Bobby Forshell

Bobby Forshell is the CEO of Point of Value (Sweden), working with value-based development for individuals, teams, and organisations. A former electronics entrepreneur turned management trainer and executive coach, he has supported clients such as Star Alliance, Electrolux, SAS, McDonald’s, Ericsson, the Swedish National Police Authority, and the Swedish Tax Agency.

Bobby holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching and is accredited by ICF and EMCC. An Edward de Bono Master Trainer in Lateral and Parallel Thinking, he also studied Appreciative Inquiry at Case Western Reserve University. His current focus includes value congruence in leadership and retainment—early signals that help organisations keep the people they cannot afford to lose.
