​TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject matter of the Terms and Conditions

​The following Terms and Conditions govern the tickets sales for cultural or other events organized by CREATIVE INDUSTRY KOŠICE, n.o., non-profit organization, through the online shop www.atdays.sk, which is operated by CREATIVE INDUSTRY KOŠICE, n.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), as well as all contractual relations with customers arising therefrom. These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 August 2024.

Ticket sales

​Tickets are sold through the online shop www.atdays.sk, which exclusively offers E-Tickets. An E-ticket is a ticket in an electronic form, the validity of which is verified by means of a unique code presented by the owner of the ticket upon entering the event. The ticket allows entry to the event.

Prices and fees

​The price of the ticket is indicated in EUR and is inclusive of the statutory value added tax rate. The ticket price indicated in the online sales is final. The valid ticket prices are defined by the Operator.

Payment 

​Payment options are: CardPay (payment via a TATRA banka virtual POS terminal. Tickets can be paid for with VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, Maestro and V-Pay cards. The above-mentioned cards issued by any banking institution can be used.) Bank transfer (available for ticket purchases executed at least 5 days prior to the event.)

Ticket delivery

​A ticket has the form of a so-called E-ticket. The ticket is delivered exclusively in electronic form by the following methods: Electronic mail delivered to the address provided by the customer during the booking process. In case two or more tickets are purchased, the system allows for the sending of individual tickets to different e-mail addresses. This form of delivery is mandatory.

Withdrawal from the contract

​In the case of a ticket purchase, withdrawal from the contract with the Seller and requesting a refund of the entrance fee paid is not possible, since, pursuant to the provisions of Section 19(1)(l) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on changes and amendments to certain acts, the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract, the subject of which is the provision of services related to leisure-time activities and according to which the seller undertakes to provide these services at a precisely agreed time or within a precisely agreed period, while the contract for the purchase of a ticket to an Event is a contract under which the seller undertakes to provide the Ticket Holder with a service for leisure time, i.e., the Event, at a precisely agreed time or within the period of the Event. Refund of a paid ticket for an Event is not possible, unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Likewise, it is not possible to request the refund of the ticket price by the Ticket Holder if the Ticket is not used.

Complaints policy
The paid admission fees are non-refundable unless provided otherwise for a specific event. If a particular event is subject to individual cancellation conditions which allow for a refund of the admission fees, the admission fee shall be refunded to the Ticket Holder if these conditions are met, but the amount will be reduced by the transaction fee. The amount of the transaction fee depends on the payment method chosen by the customer when purchasing the ticket. Refund of admission fees is only possible by a bank transfer (the customer must provide his or her bank details). A purchased ticket (E-ticket) cannot be exchanged for a ticket to another event. The Operator is not responsible for tickets purchased outside the www.atdays.sk online shop. Tickets purchased in this way will not be refunded by the Operator. In the case of event cancellation by the organiser, customers who have provided the operator with their contact details (email, phone) will be informed about cancellation of the event via the provided contact. The Operator shall not be liable to the customer in the event that the customer cannot be reached via their contact in due time. Only in the case of cancellation of an event (not applicable to the case of rescheduling of the event) by the event organizer, shall the Operator refund the admission fee up to the amount of the ticket purchased by the following methods: Bank transfer (customers must provide their bank details) FIVE

Benjamin James

Ben James is the CEO & Founder of 3D generative AI platform Atlas.

When Ben entered the architecture profession, he was shocked at the limited role new technology played in the design process, and discovered that the lack of automation meant that creative individuals spent too much time on tasks not suited to their expertise.

He founded Atlas in 2021 to augment and focus designers‘ creativity, with an emphasis on gaming and virtual world-building.

Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC and worked as a financial and strategy consultant in NYC and London prior to getting his Architecture Master’s degree from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.

His work has been exhibited in notable museums and galleries such as the Architectural Association visiting school in China, the A+D Museum in LA, the Storefront for Art & Architecture in NYC, and the Architecture Biennale in Tallinn.
